How does The Stock Pile operate?

The Stock Pile is made possible through grants from the Board of Stark County Commissioners’ Community Development Block Grant funds and the Stark-Tuscarawas-Wayne Joint Solid Waste Management District.  Income received through handling fees charged for materials assists in operating the program.  The Stock Pile is a project of Stark County Regional Planning Commission Services, Inc., overseen by a ten member Board of Trustees.
